SOME HELPFUL DETAILS ON ASSEMBLING A WATERING CAN WITH LIGHTS
It is about a 5 minute project once you have all of the pieces in place.
- When sourcing a watering can, it is best to find one with a nozzle that can be removed. You can feed all 10 lines through the spout and then feed them through the nozzle one line at a time.
- If the holes in your nozzle are too small to feed the fairy lights through, just make the holes a bit larger. I have never had to drill. I use the tip of my needle nose pliers. Just push the tip in a hole and give it a twist. Spread out the holes for a good pattern and make 10 holes
- Tip: I do make a small hole at the bottom of my cans because I don't want them holding water after a rain.
